Modelle. Anwendungsgebiete sind z.B. der Gie\u00dfereibedarf, Automobil- und Motorradindustrie, Oldtimer-Ersatzteile und die allgemeine Industrie. Sowohl Funktionsmodelle als auch Modelle, die rein als Anschauungsobjekte gedacht sind, k\u00f6nnen von uns hergestellt werden.\r\n\r\nDie Fertigung kann erfolgen\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>nach Zeichnung bzw. Skizzen<\/li>\r\n \t<li>aufgrund von Datens\u00e4tzen<\/li>\r\n \t<li>oder anhand vorhandener, u.U. auch besch\u00e4digter Originalteile<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAls Materialien f\u00fcr Prototypen kommen in Frage:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Kunststoffe (z.B. ABS-Drucker)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Gips (\u00fcber Gipsdrucker)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Diverse Metalle wie z.B. Stahl, Messing, Aluminium, etc. Hier werden die Prototypen gefr\u00e4st oder gegossen.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAnhand der gefertigten Prototypen k\u00f6nnen Negativ-Formen aus z.B. Silikon oder Kunststoff, Polyurethan- oder Epoxidharzen mit verschiedensten F\u00fcllstoffen wie Aluminiumpulver, Stahl oder Schiefermehl gefertigt werden.\r\n\r\nEs besteht auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, Prototypen und Modelle in speziellem \u00f6lgebundenen Quarzsand abzuformen und in einer schwindungsarmen Zinn-Antimon-Legierung zu
